1 General Terms

suna1 is an online entertainment and betting platform providing services to users in Bangladesh. By using this platform, you acknowledge that:

• You are voluntarily and knowingly using suna1's services.
• You have read and accepted these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming guidelines.
• You are playing from your own account and are not acting on behalf of any third party.
• Your identity and all information provided are completely true and accurate.

suna1 reserves the right to change any part of these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

The following conditions must be met to open an account on suna1:

• The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
• Each person may open only one account. If a person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.
• The name, date of birth, and contact information provided at registration must be truthful.
• Accounts are for personal use only — accounts in the name of a company or organisation are not accepted.
• Online betting must be legally permitted in the country or region from which you are accessing the platform.

suna1 reserves the right to reject any registration application and is under no obligation to provide reasons for doing so.

3 Age Verification

suna1 is a safe platform and participation by minors is strictly prohibited. This platform is intended only for users aged 21 and above.

• A national identity card or other government-issued document may be requested at any time to verify age and identity.
• Withdrawals may be held pending until the verification process is complete.
• If a user is identified as a minor, the account will be closed immediately and all transactions will be considered void.

4 Account Security

The security of your account is your own responsibility. suna1 requests that users ensure the following:

• Use a strong and unique password and keep it confidential.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• If you log in on a public or shared device, make sure to log out at the end of the session.
• If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, report it immediately to [email protected].

suna1 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to an account, unless it is proven that the loss was entirely due to suna1's own fault.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

The terms governing financial transactions on suna1 are set out below:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (for all methods).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Standard withdrawal time: generally within 1 hour after the request is processed.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method and the same account used to make the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily held during identity verification or security review.
• Transferring funds to a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

suna1 does not offer the option to transact via bank transfer or direct bank deposit. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonus and promotional offers on suna1 are subject to specific terms:

• Welcome bonus: 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.
• Wagering requirement: you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only, not the total balance). Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers required before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• If a bonus is claimed from multiple accounts, the same device, or the same IP address, all accounts involved may be closed.
• suna1 reserves the right to change bonus terms.
• Bonus promotions may apply only to the payment method specified in the promotion's terms.

In the event of any dispute relating to bonuses, suna1's decision will be considered final.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to placing bets on suna1:

• Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed, unless there is evidence of a system error.
• If the outcome of a bet is affected by a technical fault or disconnection, that bet may be considered void.
• suna1 is not responsible for any interruption or inconvenience caused by technical issues on game providers' servers.
• suna1 reserves the right to void bets placed on the basis of clearly incorrect or unusual odds or payouts.
• For sports betting, the official results from the relevant sports governing body will be used to determine outcomes.
• If a disconnection occurs during a live gaming session, the state of the session will be recorded automatically.

8 Fraud & Abuse

suna1 takes a strict stance against any form of fraudulent activity. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using false or forged identity information.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any other automated method to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collaborative betting or syndicate betting that harms the platform.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.

If fraud is detected, suna1 may immediately close the account, forfeit the balance, and take legal action if necessary.

9 Account Closure & Suspension

suna1 may suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• A provision of these Terms has been breached.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• The user fails to provide identity or age verification documents when requested.
• The user personally requests account closure.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period.

Users may also request account closure at any time through the support team. If a valid balance exists at the time of closure, it may be withdrawn, though bonus-related terms will still apply.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

• suna1 uses SSL encryption technology to keep all transactions and personal information secure.
• User data may be shared with third parties only for the purposes of providing services, meeting legal obligations, or preventing fraud.
• User data is not used for marketing purposes without the user's consent.
• Users may request to view, correct, or delete their stored data at any time.

11 Responsible Gaming

suna1 believes that entertainment should be enjoyed responsibly. We encourage users to set their own limits and play within them.

• Users may set their own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Anyone may place their account under temporary or permanent self-exclusion.

suna1 will not be liable for consequential damages under any circumstances.

suna1 may change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.
